- 6 time Indiana Age Group State Champion
- Swam for Southridge High School and still holds school records
- 9 time IHSAA State Medalist
- IHSAA State Champion 2004- 100 Back
- Swam at Purdue University for 3 years
- Named Big Ten Swimmer of the week in 2005
- 9 time top eight finisher at the Big Ten Championships

Assistant Coach Katie Mitsch
- Started swimming at age 8 with Lawrence Swim Team
- Participated in IHSAA State Championships all four years of high school
- Swam for two years at IU and was part of the 2007 Big Ten Championship Team
- Worked with swim team as a volunteer assistant and team manager at IU
- Assisted IU Swim Team at the 2008 Olympic Trials and USA Swimming National Championships
- Head Age Group Coach of IU Club Paradise for two years
- Head Girls' High School Swim Coach at Bloomington South High School, 2009-2010
- Head Counselor of IU Swim Camp for two years, 2009 and 2010
- Currently teaching English at Lincoln High School and assisting their high school swim team

- Grew up in Illinois and began swimming at age 8
- Swam competitively in high school and went on to swim at Eastern Illinois University for four years
- Married to Michelle and has three kids Owen, Carolyn, and Ben.
- High school teacher in Olney, IL
- Has been coaching with VST for four years
